Introduction
Parisah is an experienced litigation attorney specializing in managing probate, trusts, and elder law disputes from inception through trial.
Expertise
Parisah has focused her legal career on trust and estate litigation since becoming licensed in 2015. Her practice primarily involves trust and will contests, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, financial elder abuse matters, and other inheritance-related disputes. Even in law school, she demonstrated her commitment to this area of law by volunteering her time as a certified law clerk obtaining temporary elder abuse restraining orders for various clients through Chapman University’s AlonaCortese Elder Law Center.
Parisah has handled multiple high-stakes probate and civil litigation matters. Most recently, she served as trial counsel in a complex, lengthy breach of fiduciary duty matter that resulted in a complete victory for her client. She has also successfully handled numerous trials, evidentiary hearings, and law and motion matters, securing elder abuse restraining orders to protect vulnerable seniors and enforcing beneficiary rights in contested trust and estate disputes.
Honors & Awards
Parisah’s accomplishments have earned industry recognition. She was selected for the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2024-2026, an honor awarded to attorneys through a rigorous, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations by a highly credentialed panel.
She is also recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the areas of elder law and litigation- trusts and estates since 2026.
Community & Pro Bono
Since 2026, Parisah has served as a volunteer mediator, assisting parties in resolving contested trust and estate disputes outside of trial. An active leader in the Orange County trusts and estates legal community, Parisah has sat on the board of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Trusts & Estates Section since 2019 and served as Chair in 2025.
